A fantastic end to a fantastic year!

Time to celebrate!

Come and join us for an evening of celebration as we look at work of students from years 6-12.  There will be musical performance, dance, a fashion show and an exhibition of artwork. The girls have worked very hard this year and we intend to celebrate in style!

Things are very busy in the art department at Leicester High School; what with the successful show, Alice in Wonderland, before Easter and the exam immediately after we've barely had time to sit down!

Year 10 Natural Form Paintings

As the year 10 paintings reach completion they are desperate to show them off!!

Year 11 Expressive Arts Residential to London

A fabulous cultural experience was had by all who came on the recent trip to London. What a brilliant way to start the externally set tasks for art, music and drama! The girls were buzzing with excitement as they absorbed the many varied activities that we undertook(Cirque de Soleil in rehearsal was an added bonus!).

Putting their new found skills to use!

7H and 7GJ have been using line only to create detailed drawings of wine bottles.

They only had 45 minutes to complete these so they did really well.
